3. What kinds of foods can you do for a Customized Travel?
There is a wide range of cuisines you and your group can chose from. Of course, you can do foods focused around the area of the trip. But there are other options. In the area of American food we do a number of Southern and mid-Atlantic meals as well as new American flavors using seasonal foods. Other cuisines we offer include:
- Italian - classes combine dishes from various regions or focus on a specific area such as Piedmont or Sicily.
- French - you can decide to focus on a single region such as Provence or Burgundy or have a meal that melds together various French flavors.
- Moroccan - foods here range from various mezes to tagines and couscous or even a delicious chicken and phyllo pie.
- Australian - meat and fish specialties combined with great fresh produce make this a great choice for a group.
- Spanish - several tapas and a dramatic paella make an excellent meal for your group.
- Portuguese - a Portuguese seafood stew is a great center piece for a delicious meal when combined with seasonal salads.
- Chilean - there's more to Chilean food than sea bass but that's also great. Classes can include great small plates and salads.
The choice is yours! We can work with you to come up with food selections that will exceed the expectations of your group!
