If you are comfortable with how our classes are run in Washington, DC - you will know the arrangements we will make for your trip will be special.

Ambiance is central to how we travel. Away from home we look for interesting, comfortable and unique places to stay. Whenever possible we avoid look alike chains. The same philosophy is behind our choice of restaurants. We look for establishments that offer delicious food in an interesting setting.

Great care was taken in selecting the house in Roubia. In fact, we have already used it for a vacation with friends. Everyone was enthusiastic -- some of these guests have written testimonials about the trip! The hotel in Cuneo is one we have already stayed at and enjoyed. We know just how delicious the food will be there - and how wonderful the selections of wine can be! This same care goes into all the arrangements we will make for your trip. You can come with Travels of the Fork and Cork knowing that that we take your comfort very seriously!

We understand that travel is more than just food and rooms. It is also about the quality and range of local crafts and food products you will find. There is nothing more wonderful than bringing home some special food and wine to enjoy as you savor and reminisce about a favorite trip. Or the memories that a special table cloth or plate can bring to you each time you use it.
